CRUST Italian will also offer elevated Napoli cuisine in its main dining room, named Sala Capri named after the stunning island 30 miles offshore of Naples. At lunch and dinner, a la carte and set menus feature dishes celebrating the stunning bounty of produce for which southern Italy and Campania in particular is so renowned. The Naples favourite of Scialatielli ai frutti di mare, linguine with pistachio pesto and sea urchin , light and elegant raw seafood called crudo or cod baked in a clay crust are just some of the plates set to wow diners.  Naturally desserts are also a highlight such as the true Neapolitan classic, baba rum. Diners may know it better as rhum au baba, but this famous sweet treat of alcohol-soaked sponge and cream originates from Naples.
