Pasticceria

CRUST Italian’s pasticceria offers Southern Italy treats that include Sfogliatelle, stunning layered puff pastries filled with lemon-scented cream or custard that will quickly become new favourites. Pastiera are tarts made with ricotta, orange blossom water, spices and sugar, a rarely seen and delicious creation even before you learn that it is made in honour of the mermaid Parthenope, a figure of legend to whom we owe the birth of Naples. There are of course flaky croissants, small savoury quiches and a choice of five breads, available for takeaway or eat-in throughout the day.
